Now resurrected, He dwells glorified in heaven. He lived a perfect life and died a sacrificial death. God the Father sent His Son to enter the world as a helpless baby-fully human, fully God. All who believe may be re-born to dwell with God now and forever. Through God’s trustworthy, authoritative message, we receive and rejoice in His greatest gift – the Word made flesh to dwell among us. In Born to Dwell, examine different aspects of selected passages from the Old Testament and the Gospels of Matthew, Luke and John. We’ll echo the “Amen!” of the star-struck night when humanity’s eternally promised One was Born to Dwell among us. We’ll trace the Bible’s story that marks fulfillment of God’s promises made long ago. This four-week study invites us to dwell in God’s Word and consider the reality of Christ’s incarnation. Today is the day to honor and rejoice in the birth of our Savior and King, Jesus Christ. Yet, the Bible’s beacon perpetually draws our attention to the light of Jesus Christ Himself- our everlasting hope, faith, joy and peace.
